Our Story

Founded in 2019 by Chef Maria Rodriguez and her partner James Chen, Sage & Thyme was born from a shared vision of bringing authentic farm-to-table dining to Downtown District.

After years of working in renowned restaurants across the Mediterranean and America, we decided to create a space where seasonal ingredients could shine, where traditional techniques meet modern innovation.
